Please read the following terms carefully before availing our AC rental services.

• The customer must clean the AC air filter themselves once every week.
• In case of any complaint, a visit charge of ₹100 will be applicable.
• If the customer wishes to relocate the AC from its installed location, a relocation charge of ₹800 will be applicable.
• Any technical fault in the AC will be resolved within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.
• The company provides initial installation, remote control, and a 16-ampere plug free of cost.
• The company will not be responsible for any damage to house wiring, switches, sockets, or any other electrical fittings.
• If the AC is returned before the agreed rental period, the rental amount will not be refunded.
• After 7 days of completion of the agreed rental period, an additional daily rental charge of ₹50 will be applicable.
• If a drain pipe is required for the AC, an additional charge of ₹300 will be applicable.
• We do not provide AC services outside the areas mentioned on our website.
